Shipping policy
After placing an order with dmaxxsports.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer standard shipping within the United States, which usually takes 5-7 business days.
For faster delivery, we also provide express shipping with FedEx at an additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that FedEx doesn’t ship to PO Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.
Orders that qualify for “Free Shipping” will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by natural climate change and disasters.
Custom Order Processing & Shipping for Printed T-Shirts and Accessories
Printed T-Shirts & Accessories
Custom orders require additional processing time and are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the initial order is placed.
If you select Express Shipping, please note that your order will not ship until the custom order has been completed. Express shipping time begins once your custom order is ready to ship.
Uniforms & Sublimated Items
Custom uniforms and sublimated items require a longer production period. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production.
- The 2–4 week production time does not include shipping time.
- If you select Express Shipping, the express shipping timeframe begins after production is completed.
- Production times may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, and customization requirements.
